Shipping Policy

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to secure Moto Cupp products before they officially arrive at our warehouse. You may purchase these items in advance, and we will ship your order as soon as stock becomes available.
Estimated dispatch dates are shown on each product page and should be considered approximate.

Processing & Delivery


  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • EU Delivery: typically 3–12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

  • USA Delivery: usually 10–22 business days after dispatch.

  • Australia Delivery: usually 10–22 business days after dispatch.

Standard shipping is free for all orders over €50.

  • Delivery timelines are calculated from the advertised dispatch date.

  • Pre-order dates are estimates and may vary slightly.

  • During peak periods (seasonal sales, holidays, promotions), dispatch times may be extended.
    We appreciate your patience — our team carefully prepares each package to ensure safe delivery.

Return Policy

We want every Moto Cupp customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, provided the conditions below are met:

Return Conditions


  • A return request must be submitted and the item sent back within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must not be marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable, unless the item is faulty.

  • Items must be in original packaging and returned in as-new condition.
    This includes product boxes, protective films, wraps, and any specialty packaging.

  • A photo of the item(s) must be provided before shipping the return so we can confirm condition.

Important Notes


  • If requesting a refund for a bundle, the original bundle discount will no longer apply.
    Items you keep will revert to their standard pricing, and the remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    Once an order has been dispatched, shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
